Commitment to Compliance in Streaming

To provide a safe and comfortable environment for all viewers, AkiAvis is committed to responsible streaming activities by observing the following points.

Section titled “1. Legal Compliance as Top Priority”

In all streaming activities, I comply with the Copyright Act, Right of Publicity (Portrait Rights), Penal Code, laws regarding the prevention of defamation, and other relevant statutes. I act within a scope that is ethically sound and aligned with social norms.

2. Respect for Intellectual Property

Section titled “2. Respect for Intellectual Property”
  • Music & Sound Effects: I ensure that music and sound effects used in streams are royalty-free or have been licensed through copyright management organizations such as JASRAC.
  • Images & Video: I verify that images and videos are royalty-free or have obtained direct permission from the rights holder.
    • When streaming gameplay or other content containing third-party intellectual property, I follow the rights holder’s guidelines and take necessary measures, such as clearly stating the source (citation).
  • Citations: When citing third-party works, I ensure it meets the legal requirements for “fair use/citation” and clearly specify the source.
  • Prohibited Acts: I do not engage in any copyright infringement, including illegal downloading, illegal uploading, or unauthorized reproduction.

3. Protection of Publicity Rights & Privacy

Section titled “3. Protection of Publicity Rights & Privacy”
  • Consent for Recording/Streaming: I record or stream individuals only after obtaining permission from the person or the holder of their publicity rights.
  • Privacy Considerations:
    • If an individual is recorded unavoidably without prior consent, I take maximum care to protect their privacy, such as by blurring faces.
    • I exercise caution regarding my remarks during streams and refrain from carelessly sharing personal or private information.

4. Fair and Accurate Information Sharing

  • Verification: I strive to verify information shared during streams to ensure accuracy.
  • Prevention of Misinformation: I confirm my sources and take responsibility for the information I share to prevent the spread of false or uncertain data.
  • Maintaining Neutrality: I refrain from biased opinions or one-sided assertions against specific individuals or organizations and strive to maintain a neutral position as much as possible.

5. Appropriate Communication with Viewers

  • No Defamation: I do not make statements intended to defame specific individuals or organizations.
  • Elimination of Discrimination: I do not make discriminatory remarks based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
  • Maintaining a Healthy Community: To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for viewers, I maintain moderate and respectful conduct during streams, in comments, and on social media.
  • Prohibited Expressions: Words containing obscene, violent, or threatening content, or streams featuring excessively suggestive content, are prohibited.

AkiAvis will continuously strive to improve compliance awareness to provide a comfortable and safe streaming environment from the perspective of our viewers.
