Ownership of Copyright
Section titled “Ownership of Copyright”The videos and images of 断崎あき (AkiAvis) are copyrighted. You may use them without explicit permission, provided you comply with the Derivative Works Guidelines.
In short, usage with malicious intent that causes AkiAvis discomfort is strictly prohibited.
How the Icon was Created
Section titled “How the Icon was Created”No AI was used. Don’t get the wrong idea!
I photographed some roses I bought, cropped them using Photopea, and while playing around with some mysterious features (color reduction and something else I can’t recall), this was the result.

Modification of Images
Section titled “Modification of Images”Basically, anything is possible, as shown in the examples below:
- Flipping (Confusion)
- Color shifts (Drugged-up effect)
- Denting/Distortion (Low morale)
- Composite (Adding tears, etc.)
These are permitted when necessary to express the effects listed in parentheses.
Be careful not to overdo it and violate the Prohibited Acts.
In the future, to facilitate the reuse and sharing of community-created assets, I will add them here. Assets created by anyone other than AkiAvis will be shared once copyright clearance is confirmed.
By sharing modified images, you agree that the copyright for the modification belongs to AkiAvis from the moment of creation, allowing for efficient sharing and reuse by everyone.
